Introduction Mounir Riffi | Spring Commercial Asset Management | Real Estate Advisor

Let me introduce myself. I am Mounir Riffi, and I work as an Asset Manager at Spring Real Estate. In my daily job, I manage institutional investors’ real estate and work closely with clients to help them reach their financial goals.

I earned my Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Master’s in Finance from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU) before joining Spring Real Estate as an Analyst at the Capital Markets team. I loved it so much that I joined the company full-time as a Real Estate Advisor in 2020.

Exciting news! In January 2023, my colleague Sjors and I established the Spring Commercial Asset Management business unit to build the portfolio together. As an Asset Manager, I’m constantly looking for new investment opportunities and analyzing the market to make informed decisions.

My favorite part of the job is discovering hidden gems and transforming them into premium office spaces for our clients. For instance, we’re currently renovating a historic building on Spaarneplein in The Hague, and we recently created a new lobby for Tower 19 in Almere. I’m proud to be overseeing these CapEx projects from start to finish.

I started at Spring Real Estate as a working student, and I appreciate that I was given the same responsibilities as full-time employees. The culture here is all about teamwork and collaboration, which sets Spring apart.

In my free time, you can find me playing soccer or enjoying good food with friends and family. I am fortunate to combine my interests with my passion for real estate.
