Norbert van Workum (47 years old), who started his new position at the beginning of this year, has worked for various organizations recently. After studying Business Administration, he started his career as an Account Manager at an international supplier of rainwater systems. In addition, he has worked as a Coach, and Norbert has been working in recent years as Manager of the old prison on Wolvenplein in Utrecht.

Dynamic environments, contact with tenants and suppliers, and searching for practical solutions for various issues excite Norbert. As Property Manager, Norbert is the direct point of contact for tenants and suppliers, focusing on daily communication and increasing tenant satisfaction. With the Technical Manager responsible for maintenance within the portfolio, Law & Regulations, Project Management, and implementation of ESG, Spring Property Management has found the balance between technology and human contact.

Spring is constantly working to improve the service level of its services. Norbert’s service orientation, practical ability to solve problems, and enthusiasm for his work performance will make a solid contribution to this.

Besides Spring, Norbert likes to spend time with his family. It is not only hectic at work, but certainly also at home with four children. In addition, the weekends are filled with football and hockey. So he never sit still. Fortunately, Norbert can make the time a few times a week for mountain biking on the Utrechtse Heuvelrug.
