Rolf Vermeer and Edgar Willems join Spring Real Estate

On April 1, Spring Real Estate opens an office in Utrecht. The new location is headed by Rolf Vermeer and Edgar Willems. Previously, they worked for Cresa Nederland as director/ owner of the Utrecht office since 2013.

Opening an office in Utrecht is a long cherished wish of Spring Real estate, which further fulfills its ambition to grow into a full services real estate advisor with a national network of offices. This is the fourth office in the Netherlands after Amsterdam, The Hague and Arnhem.

Vermeer and Willems started their careers in 2006 and 2004 at DTZ Zadelhoff as advisor Corporate Real Estate. In 2013 they left to set up the Utrecht office of Cresa. That period was also an extremely challenging time in commercial real estate. With the success achieved, they have shown that they have been able to set up and expand a successful real estate consultancy in times of economic prosperity and adversity.

Spring Real Estate Utrecht will focus on advising both tenants and lessors of commercial real estate and will be supported by the nationally operating business units such as Capital Markets, Midcap Investments, Valuations, Spring Online Brokers and the Lead Generation team.
