Erik van de Veerdonk strengthens the Valuations team of Spring Real Estate

Spring Real Estate has strengthened its Valuations team with the appointment of Erik van de Veerdonk. With his business administration background, commercial experience and focus on real estate valuations, he brings broad and practice driven expertise to the team.

Business administration background and transition into real estate

Erik studied Business Administration at Intercollege Business School in Utrecht. After completing his studies, he chose to specialise in real estate and pursued the qualification process to become a Registered Valuer through self study.

From commercial roles to valuation specialist

He began his career within a chain of dental practices, where he was involved in the management of multiple locations. He subsequently gained commercial experience at Infomedics.

After completing the core theoretical programme in Real Estate Studies, Erik joined Troostwijk by Accumin, where he specialised in valuations. During this period, he developed into a driven valuer with a strong understanding of both the commercial and business aspects of real estate.

Strengthening knowledge sharing and advisory expertise within Valuations

The close collaboration between different disciplines within Spring was an important reason for Erik to join Spring Real Estate.

At Spring, he will focus on knowledge sharing within the team, further deepening his expertise in the Amsterdam investment market and expanding his role as a trusted advisor. He sees significant added value in the close cooperation with brokers and other disciplines within Spring to deliver well founded and comprehensive advice.
