Spring Property Management further expands its portfolio

Union Street assigned the property management of all its buildings to Spring Property Management.

Union Street’s Dutch portfolio consists of 16 buildings of which the majority is located on public transport hubs in major cities. Spring Property Management already managed part of the portfolio and of today, the last buildings have been taken into the management as well.

The portfolio includes the office buildings at Johanna Westerdijkplein 1 (HS Building) and Spaarneplein 2 in The Hague and Landdrostdreef 124 in Almere. Union Street is renovating the common areas across the portfolio and is implementing various amenities for tenants and visitors. The HS Building in The Hague will be completed this year, followed by Spaarneplein 2 (The Hague) and Landdrostdreef 124 (Almere). Large tenants within the office buildings are Amazon, ROC Mondriaan, Vastgoedbeheer PG, LFT Solutions, Ziggo and Pixelpool.

This expansion of the portfolio under the management and the confidence of a client such as Union Street, confirms that the new approach of Property Management works, whereby the entire management takes place in a single platform. As a result, more attention and service can be delivered to the client and its tenants.
