Union Street acquires Eurotoren from SVE Group
Union Street Investments acquired the Eurotoren in Almere from SVE Group.
The office building is located at Landdrostdreef 124 in Almere and comprises approximately 12,225 square meters. With a height of 77 meters and 19 floors, it is considered as one of the highest buildings in the city.
With the acquisition of this office building, Union Street has further expanded its growing real estate portfolio within the Netherlands. SVE Group was commercially advised by Spring Real Estate during the transaction and legally advised by De Clercq Advocaten Notariaat. Buyer Union Street was commercially advised by Savills and legally advised by Loyens & Loeff.
Spring Real Estate will also be responsible for the ongoing asset management of the property. With the Eurotoren, Union Street currently holds thirtheen properties, totalling over 111,450 square meters. Union Street intends to renovate and optimize the entire building.
