Project HCI Almere – Transistorstraat 151 in Almere

On behalf of property owner HCI 360 Almere, Spring Design & Build has completed the renovation and upgrade of the multi-tenant building Industry District at Transistorstraat 151 in Almere.

Interior Transformation & Office Renovation of Common Areas

In phase 2 of this transformation, designed by RUW Interior Architecture in collaboration with Spring Design & Build, the common areas have been thoroughly renewed. The central cores and corridors have been transformed into fresh, modern meeting zones where tenants can connect, collaborate, and find inspiration.

Turn-key Office Fit-Out: Pantries, Meeting Rooms & Sustainable Finishes

Each floor now features a new shared pantry with a bar, offering the perfect spot for a coffee break or informal meeting. The building has also been furnished with new furniture, complemented by thoughtful use of greenery to create a healthy, natural, and inviting work environment.

On the first floor, a fully equipped meeting room has been added and is available to all tenants of Industry District.

Future-Proof Office Design & Sustainable Upgrade

This upgrade has given Industry District a contemporary look that not only strengthens the building’s brand identity but also aligns with the sustainable and future-oriented ambitions of its users.
