At Spaarneplein 2 in The Hague stands the impressive MAIN Offices, a distinctive office complex dating back to around 1921, originally built as the headquarters of the Post, Cheque and Giro Service. Spring Design & Build was responsible for the extensive shell upgrade of approximately 4,000 m² of office space.

Together with The Fresh Perspective, we designed and delivered 800 m² of office space in Hoofddorp. The focus was on comfort, efficiency and a strong sense of brand identity. Clear communication and a smooth execution resulted in an inspiring work environment where identity and functionality come together.

For HKP Group, we developed a stylish 500 m² office space in the iconic Mediahaven. Designed with a strong sense of brand identity and executed with custom craftsmanship and attention to detail. The highlight? A vibrant bar-kitchen and a boardroom with a view over the IJ. A place where people love to work and connect.

In the heart of Amsterdam, we delivered a fitout for DLA Piper in a building that was still under construction. We managed the architect selection process (won by Casper Schwarz) and oversaw the entire project from design to delivery. Through smart coordination and close collaboration, a sleek and stylish office was created that meets the highest standards.

For Wajer Yachts, we delivered a 300 m² expansion that connects perfectly to their existing office. Design and execution went hand in hand, with a focus on height, light, acoustics and custom detailing. The result is an elegant, modern workspace full of character, from mezzanine to signage.
