Natalia Manchado Fieraert

Natalia Manchado Fieraert holds a background in Hotel Management and graduated cum laude in Finance & Control from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. She is currently expanding her expertise through a part-time Master’s in Control at the University of Amsterdam.

With experience gained at BudgetEnergie, the Regional Energy Desk and real estate developer Elfi, she has built a strong foundation in financial processes, process optimisation and controlling within both the energy and real estate sectors.

At Spring Real Estate, Natalia works as a Finance Consultant within the Property Accounting team, focusing on structuring and optimising financial processes and strengthening the services provided to clients.

Natalia Manchado Fieraert heeft een achtergrond in Hotelmanagement en rondde daarna de opleiding Finance & Control aan de Hogeschool van Amsterdam cum laude af. Momenteel verdiept zij haar kennis verder met een deeltijdmaster Control aan de Universiteit van Amsterdam.

Na functies bij BudgetEnergie, het Regionaal Energieloket en vastgoedontwikkelaar Elfi, heeft zij brede ervaring opgebouwd in financiële processen, procesoptimalisatie en controlling binnen zowel energie- als vastgoedorganisaties.

Bij Spring Real Estate is Natalia actief als Finance Consultant binnen het Property Accounting-team, waar zij zich richt op het structureren en optimaliseren van financiële processen en het versterken van de dienstverlening aan klanten.
