Union Street Investments secures €28 million refinancing with LOR Finance
Union Street has successfully completed a €28 million refinancing with LOR Finance for MAIN Offices in The Hague and Tower19 in Almere.
The refinancing marks an important next step for Union Street following the progress made across the portfolio in recent years.
At MAIN Offices, the main building is now almost fully let following a comprehensive sustainability and refurbishment programme, welcoming tenants including the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KvK) and Fonds Podiumkunsten. With the main building nearing full occupancy, Union Street is now entering the final phase of the business plan for Building D.
The new financing with LOR Finance provides a solid foundation for the continued execution of the business plans for both MAIN Offices and Tower19.
Union Street Investments is a long-term investment platform in the Dutch real estate market and has been managed by Spring Asset Management since its inception in 2015.
Union Street was legally advised by Loyens & Loeff.
We would like to thank LOR Finance, Loyens & Loeff and all parties involved for their constructive cooperation throughout the refinancing process.
