Gijs Werkhoven

Gijs obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management from the Hotelschool The Hague. In addition to his work experience in the hospitality industry, he gained valuable exposure to the real estate sector during his final internship at the agency offices of Colliers.

As of September 1, 2024, he will join the Valuations team at Spring Real Estate, where he aims to develop into a certified appraiser. Gijs is also participating in the Spring Trainee Program, where he will further enhance his professional skills.

Gijs behaalde zijn Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management aan de Hotelschool in Den Haag. Naast zijn werkervaring in de horeca, deed hij tijdens zijn eindstage bij de agency offices van Colliers waardevolle ervaring op in de vastgoedsector. Per 1 september 2024 maakt hij deel uit van het Valuations team van Spring Real Estate, waar hij zich wil ontwikkelen tot taxateur. Gijs neemt tevens deel aan het Spring Trainee Programma, waar hij zijn professionele vaardigheden verder zal uitbreiden.
