Willem Jan Schouten has been working at CBRE for over 11 years, of which the last seven years as an Associate Director of the Property Management department. In this role, he was responsible for managing various real estate portfolios and leading a team of 12 people.
Since February 2020, Willem Jan has been focused on further establishing and expanding the Property Management branch. Our Property Management team is data-driven and designed to include every object in the service through the addition of smart tools and an efficient organizational model. This allows us to not only manage large portfolios, but to provide a full service for all real estate owners.
Spring Property Management
At Spring Property Management, tenants are our top priority. Our service desk employees are hospitable and solution-oriented, ensuring tenants can immediately contact the right person with their questions. They have expertise and know the steps to find a solution.
In addition, our Technical Managers have a wide range of tasks, from organizing tenant consultations, placing nameplates, and carrying out sustainability and capex projects. We strive to work efficiently, so we have divided tasks and appointed a Property Manager to handle minor tenant requests on-site. This gives the Technical Manager more time and overview to focus on sustainability and larger projects.
