We have advised them on various purchases and sales throughout the Netherlands, but one project that stood out was the acquisition of the Waterside III project in Rotterdam.

Waterside III Rotterdam

Waterside III plans to construct an apartment building next to the Brienenoord Bridge with 176 rental apartments in middle rent. The tower will be up to 70 meters high and the last in the row of Waterside towers. The building has been carefully designed to fit well with the surroundings. The municipality is also considering a green design of the quay and outdoor areas of all Waterside projects. SpaceToLive and the city aim to create high-quality and sustainable living environments where residents can enjoy comfort and living enjoyment in a beautiful setting.

Waterside III is a location that requires vision and courage to exploit its potential fully. Together with SpaceToLive, we have looked for ways to optimize the plan and make a solid case for it. Our joint goal was to acquire the project and realize its potential.

Succesfull collaboration

Through our joint efforts, we achieved several plan optimizations that made the project viable. This included optimizing the layout of the units and improving the visibility and accessibility of the project. We also sought ways to minimize operating costs and maximize rental and sales values.

With the acquisition of the project as a result, SpaceToLive and we were able to realize the potential of Waterside. As a result, the project has been given a prominent place on the Maas and has created a high-quality and sustainable living environment for its residents.
