Thom Ruyg

Thom Ruyg works within the Investments team at Spring Real Estate. Within this team, he focuses on the acquisition and sale of residential real estate, with a particular emphasis on residential complexes and larger residential portfolios.

He studied Business Administration at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. During his studies, Thom gained relevant practical experience through internships at Bots Capital and ABN AMRO MeesPierson. After graduating, he worked at Colliers, where he was active within the valuation practice.

At Spring, Thom combines his background as a valuer with a strong interest in transactions. This combination provides a solid foundation for advising on residential real estate transactions, with attention to both valuation and legal considerations. In addition, he contributes to the further development of Spring Real Estate’s residential investment activities.
