Erik van de Veerdonk BBA RT

Erik van de Veerdonk works within the Valuations team at Spring Real Estate. He combines a business administration background with commercial experience and a strong focus on real estate valuations.

He studied Business Administration at Intercollege Business School in Utrecht and later specialized in real estate through the training program to become a Registered Valuer. His career began within a chain of dental practices, followed by a commercial role at Infomedics. Erik subsequently worked at Troostwijk by Accumin, where he further developed his expertise within the valuation practice.

At Spring, Erik focuses on real estate valuations, knowledge sharing within the team, and deepening relationships within the Amsterdam investor market. In addition, he fulfills an advisory role, working closely with other disciplines within Spring Real Estate.
