Gijs Klaassen

Gijs Klaassen is a Registered Valuer within the Valuations team of Spring Real Estate. He has extensive experience in complex real estate valuations and works for both institutional and private investors, as well as large-scale corporate real estate portfolios.

He studied Social Geography and Spatial Planning at the University of Groningen and subsequently completed a master’s degree in Real Estate Studies. During and after his studies, he gained practical experience at a property development company. Gijs then worked within the valuation practice at Savills and later at Deloitte Real Estate, where he focused not only on regular valuations but also on complex valuation assignments for a wide range of clients.

Within Spring, Gijs focuses on Large Cap Valuations and on strengthening the position of Spring Valuations among banks, investors and large corporate real estate parties. In addition, he contributes to the further development of the team and its services.
