Roy Vens

Roy studied Engineering at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. After graduation, he worked as a Technical Manager at CBRE for over two years.  After this, he fulfillled the same role at Deka (commissioned by Cushman & Wakefield).

From April 2020, Roy works at Spring Real Estate as Technical Manager. Roy will become part of the Property Management team. Together with Willem Jan, he will further develop de Property Management department.

Property Management will be set up data-driven, in which the model focuses on a complete service for all real estate owners.
