We would like to introduce you to Sebastiaan Roos, Real Estate Advisor at Spring Real Estate Spain.

Sebastiaan obtained his gymnasium diploma in Almere in 2018, after which he continued his academic journey with a law degree in Utrecht, where he completed his bachelor’s.

Sebastiaan’s venture into real estate began during his part-time job, where he came into contact with real estate entrepreneurs. This interaction ignited his interest in the field and ultimately led to his relocation to Valencia, where he began acquiring and managing real estate for investors from Amsterdam.

In 2023, Sebastiaan joined the team at Spring Real Estate Spain. He is passionate about Valencia’s real estate market and sees enormous opportunities for growth and investment. His enthusiasm is fueled by the challenge of convincing Dutch investors to invest here, not only because of the potential for appreciation in the market itself, but also because of the flexibility that Spanish regulations offer compared to Dutch legislation.
