Mounir Riffi MSc

Mounir has been part of Spring since 2018. He began his career in the Capital Markets team, where he focused on investment transactions, portfolio strategies, and (re)financing for institutional investors.

In 2023, together with Sjors van Iersel, he helped further shape the development of Spring Asset Management as a dedicated division within Spring Real Estate. Since then, he has focused on expanding the number of mandates for both institutional clients and private investors, including family offices. Mounir manages a diverse range of real estate portfolios – from large-scale institutional investments to the property assets of private clients, including professional athletes, artists, and entrepreneurs who prefer to entrust their wealth strategy to a professional partner.

As of 2025, Mounir has officially joined the Asset Management team as a Partner.
