ing. Bart Mittendorff

Bart studied Engineering at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. He started working at Spring Real Estate in 2011, after finishing his studies.

At the end of 2014 he joined Spring Real Estate as partner. He established the MidCap Investments department which focuses on investments in the middle segment of the commercial real estate markt up to 10 million euros.

Besides, he is responsible for the day-to-day management of the real estate company, consisting of nine different business units spread over three offices in the Netherlands (Amsterdam, Utrecht and The Hague).
