New board for Spring Real Estate

Spring Real Estate has changed its board as of 1 June. Stijn de Blaaij en Bart Mittendorff will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the real estate company, consisting of nine different business units spread over three offices in the Netherlands (Amsterdam, Utrecht and The Hague).

Spring Real Estate grew in 11 years from a company consisting of the 4 founders into a full service real estate consultancy with 65 employees. It is also part of the Six Seasons Holding (with a total of 120 employees).

For the coming 3.5 years, the ambition has been expressed to further develop Spring Real Estate into a full-service consultancy firm with national coverage and thus to be able to offer a solid Dutch alternative for international real estate advisers.

Robert Kat en Alexander Zweering retire as directors of Spring Real Estate. Within the Six Seasons ecosystem, they will focus on further expanding the Spring Services strategy and the do-it-yourself platform Autumn Solutions. Next to that, they will be active as Partner Capital Markets.
