Ronald Nuijt MSc MSRE

Ronald studied Economics at the Hogeschool Nederland with specialization “Vastgoed & Makelaardij”. In 2008 he started as an intern at Beleggingspanden.nl.

After his internship, Ronald remained an employee at Beleggingspanden.nl as an investment broker. He worked here for 10 years and he has assisted all types of investors throughout the country.

Ronald made the move to Spring Real Estate in February 2019. He was part of the MidCap Investments Team and was involved in advising property owners on the purchase and sale of small-scale investment properties on a daily basis. As of 1 January 2023, Ronald has joined as partner MidCap Investments. Together with Bart Mittendorf, he leads the team on a daily basis.
