I am Lennard Hoekstra, a proud partner at Spring Valuations. With over seven years of experience in the real estate industry, I have built and expanded the appraisal department of Spring Valuations since 2016. My passion for real estate knows no bounds, and I thoroughly enjoy seeing how buildings and portfolios can be optimized to generate maximum value.

From Junior Project Developer to Partner at Spring Valuations

My journey began as a junior project developer after completing my studies. There, I developed my skills and knowledge in creating and improving real estate projects. It is my strength to add value in places where others may not see it. During my work in the appraisal sector, I discovered the importance of being able to identify the quality of buildings and effectively communicate with various stakeholders.

With a keen eye for detail and the ability to work according to tightly structured processes, I lay the foundation for accurate and reliable appraisals. I firmly believe that every real estate advisor should have several years of experience in appraisals to become an even better advisor. This experience allows us to provide valuable insights to our clients and guide them in making informed decisions.
