Steven joins Spring Real Estate

Spring Real Estate has strengthened its organization with the appointment of Steven Struijs. Steven has permanently joined Agency Amsterdam as Real Estate Advisor. He will be involved on a daily basis in supervising purchase and rental processes and advising end users on housing issues.

Steven has been working at Spring Real Estate for two years alongside his studies. After obtaining his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Leiden University, he obtained his Master’s degree in Business Administration at the University of Amsterdam. His first position within Spring was Sales Associate, after this steven gained extensive experience as a working student for the Spring Agency Amsterdam department. As of September 1, 2022 he is permanently employed by Agency Amsterdam as a Real Estate Advisor. With the full-time appointment Steven will be able to serve our clients even better.

Steven is one of the 8 top talents at Spring who started the Spring Master Program in September. These top talents have gained knowledge and experience within Spring during their work-study. With this program Spring gives them a kick-start, or rather a ‘Spring Start’ for their (real estate) career. In one year they learn everything they need to start working as a full-fledged professional. We challenge them to apply themselves 100%, to fall down, get up again and experiment with new things. This fits with our philosophy that you can only grow if you go out of your comfort zone.
