Willem Jan Schouten

Willem Jan has worked at CBRE for over 11 years, of which 7 years as Associate Director of the Property Management department. In this role he was responsible for the management of various real estate portfolios and led a team of 12 people.

From February 2020, Willem Jan will be responsible for further setting up and expanding the Property Management branch. Property Management will also be set up in a data-driven way in which the model focuses on providing full services for all property owners.
