ir. Rolf Vermeer

Rolf studied Industrial Engineering & Management at the University of Amsterdam. After graduation, he worked as a Corporate Real Estate advisor at DTZ Zadelhoff for six years. In 2010 he completed various modules of the master Real Estate Studies at the University of Amsterdam.

In March 2013, he moved to Cresa Nederland to open the Cresa office in Utrecht. He fulfilled the position of director/ owner for seven years.

In April 2020, he joined Spring Real Estate. Together with Edgar Willems, he’s responsible for the daily management as partner of Spring Real Estate Utrecht. The office is located in Utrecht and advises tenants and lessors of commercial real estate. They focus on Utrecht and its surroundings and are supported by all national operating business units of Spring Real Estate.

Rolf specializes in providing strategic advice to real estate end-users, renegotiation, lease and sales of real estate. He has over fifteen years of experience in advising end-users of corporate real estate.
