Valentijn Swart

Valentijn began his career at Spring Real Estate as a working student within the sales team, after which he completed his internship at Agency Utrecht. There, he gained valuable hands-on experience in supporting leasing processes. He later also completed his graduation internship at Spring, during which he conducted research on the implementation of Dynamics within the organization.

After graduating with a degree in Business Administration from Hogeschool Utrecht, Valentijn officially joined the company on April 1, 2025, as a Real Estate Advisor. In this role, he advises entrepreneurs and property owners on the leasing and letting of commercial real estate in the Utrecht region.

In addition, Valentijn is participating in the Spring Master Program—an internal development program for young professionals focused on personal growth, professional expertise, and entrepreneurship. Throughout the program, participants follow various internal and external training sessions and complete the program with a practical entrepreneurship assignment, aimed at maximizing their talent and ambition.
