Sven de Vries Msc

Sven earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, where he specialized in Real Estate. After completing a practical internship at CBRE, he began his career at Spring Real Estate as an intern within the Valuations team. He quickly advanced to the role of working student while completing his Master’s in International Management with a specialization in Entrepreneurship.

Since 2025, Sven has been working as a Real Estate Advisor with a focus on investment properties. He supports clients in the valuation and appraisal of real estate portfolios and will soon begin the training program to become a certified Register-Taxateur (RT). Sven also participates in the Spring Master Program, where he continues to develop both his technical knowledge and entrepreneurial skills.
