Fonds Podiumkunsten Signs New Lease Agreement with Union Street for MAIN Offices
Union Street has signed a long-term new lease agreement with Fonds Podiumkunsten at Spaarneplein 2 in The Hague. It concerns an office space of approximately 1,300 sq m.
MAIN Offices is a characteristic office complex built around 1921. The building was acquired by Union Street at the end of 2019 and was almost empty at that time.
Since its founding in 2015, Union Street has been managed by Spring Asset Management, part of Spring Real Estate.
On behalf of the owner, Spring Asset Management is developing the office building into a multifunctional office. Fonds Podiumkunsten joins the rich mix of tenants housed at MAIN Offices.
Fonds Podiumkunsten is one of the six national cultural funds and supports professional artists and performers in their work.
Fonds Podiumkunsten was assisted by COG real estate broker. Union Street was advised on the lease by Spring Real Estate Den Haag and RBM Real Estate.
