Luna Saffrie

Luna studeerde aan Tio Hogeschool, waar zij zowel de mbo-opleiding Hotel- en Eventmanagement als de hbo-opleiding Office Management (Schoevers) succesvol afrondde.

Per 1 september 2025 is Luna gestart in een vaste functie binnen Spring Real Estate, waarin zij haar werkzaamheden verdeelt tussen de Community-afdeling en het Valuations-team. Binnen de Community-afdeling is zij verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie en uitvoering van community-activiteiten in Utrecht, met een focus op structuur en verbinding.

Daarnaast is Luna werkzaam als Valuations Assistant binnen het Large Cap-team, waar zij ondersteuning biedt bij taxaties. In deze rol houdt zij zich onder andere bezig met het verzamelen en analyseren van vastgoedinformatie, zoals kadastrale gegevens en bestemmingsplannen, en levert zij een inhoudelijke bijdrage aan waarderingsprocessen.

Luna studied at Tio University of Applied Sciences, where she successfully completed both the vocational programme in Hotel and Event Management and the bachelor’s degree in Office Management (Schoevers).

As of 1 September 2025, Luna has started a permanent position within the Community department, where she focuses on further strengthening structure and connection within the organisation. In addition to her work in the Community department, Luna is expanding her knowledge of real estate and gaining practical experience within Spring Property Management. One day a week, she will work within this department to broaden her understanding of the real estate sector.
