Alec Faase

Alec completed his studies in Economics and Business Economics at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, specializing in risk management and finance. During his studies, he gained valuable experience with complex valuation projects, including the appraisal of assets worth hundreds of millions of euros. These projects taught him how to work with technical input and large volumes of data.

After working at Spring Real Estate as a working student for two years, Alec Faase transitioned to a permanent position within the Business Assets Valuations team as of July 2025.

In his new role, Alec aims to contribute to further strengthening Spring’s position as a specialist in complex real estate and asset valuations.

With his analytical background, experience in technical valuations, and strong affinity for data-driven work, including building dashboards and AI scripts, Alec brings valuable knowledge and skills to the team. He is eager to contribute to the digitalization of valuation processes and to support the development of young talent within the organization.

Alec rondde de studie Economie en Bedrijfseconomie af aan de Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, met een specialisatie in risicomanagement en finance. Tijdens zijn studie deed hij waardevolle ervaring op met complexe waarderingsprojecten, waaronder de taxatie van activa met een waarde in de honderden miljoenen euro’s. Hierbij leerde hij omgaan met technische input en grote hoeveelheden data.

Na twee jaar als werkstudent binnen Spring Real Estate te hebben gewerkt, maakte Alec Faase per juli 2025 de overstap naar een vaste positie binnen het Business Assets Valuations-team.

In zijn nieuwe rol wil Alec bijdragen aan de verdere positionering van Spring als specialist op het gebied van complexe vastgoed- en asset valuations.

Met zijn analytische achtergrond, ervaring met technische waarderingen en affiniteit met datagedreven werken, waaronder het bouwen van dashboards en AI-scripts, brengt Alec waardevolle kennis en vaardigheden mee. Hij wil graag bijdragen aan de digitalisering van taxatieprocessen en het begeleiden van jong talent binnen de organisatie.
