Mikayel Yetkin

Mikayel Yetkin has worked at various organizations in recent years. After completing his degree in Building Technical Business Administration at Hogeschool Utrecht in 2011, he started his career as a junior technical manager at one of the largest real estate organizations in the Netherlands, CBRE. Subsequently, he worked as a technical manager at various organizations, including Cushman & Wakefield, Colliers, Kroonenberg Groep, and Prominus Vastgoedbeheer.

In his role as Technical Manager, Mikayel is responsible for maintenance within the portfolio, Compliance & Regulations, Project Management, and the implementation of ESG standards. Together with the Property Manager, who is responsible for tenant and supplier communication on a daily basis, and with the goal of increasing tenant satisfaction, Spring Property Management has struck a balance between technical expertise and personal interaction.

Mikayel Yetkin heeft de afgelopen jaren bij verschillende organisaties gewerkt. Na het behalen van zijn diploma in Bouwtechnische Bedrijfskunde aan de Hogeschool Utrecht in 2011, begon hij zijn carrière als Junior Technisch Manager bij een van de grootste vastgoedorganisaties in Nederland, namelijk CBRE. Vervolgens heeft hij als Technisch Manager gewerkt bij verschillende organisaties, waaronder Cushman & Wakefield, en Prominus Vastgoedbeheer.

In zijn rol als Technisch Manager draagt Mikayel de verantwoordelijkheid voor onderhoud binnen de portefeuille, Wet & Regelgeving, Project Management en verduurzaming. Samen met de Property Manager, die verantwoordelijk is voor het dagelijkse contact met huurders en leveranciers, met als doel de huurdertevredenheid te verhogen, heeft Spring Property Management de balans gevonden tussen technische expertise en het persoonlijk contact.
