Spring Property Management new mandate

Peakside Capital Advisors has transferred the management of its buildings from the Omega portfolio in the Netherlands to Spring Property Management.

This expansion of the management portfolio and the confidence of a client like Peakside, confirms that the approach of Spring Property Management works, whereby the entire management takes place in one platform. This allows for more attention and service to be provided to the customer and its tenants.

The portfolio includes the office buildings at Siriusdreef 2 in Hoofddorp and Tupolevlaan 28-48 in Schiphol- Rijk.

The available units in both Siriusdreef 2 and Tupolevlaan 24-48 are rented by Spring Agency.
