Rutger joins Spring Real Estate

Spring Real Estate is proud to announce that Rutger Hellegers has chosen to strengthen our organization with a permanent position. Rutger gained valuable experience during his internship with the Spring Serviced Offices team over the past year. With his full-time appointment, Rutger will be able to better serve our clients.

Rutger earned his bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management from Hanzehogeschool in Groningen. In February 2023, he commenced his internship at Spring Real Estate, focusing on researching the full-service office market in Berlin. This research enabled him to acquire valuable insights and further develop his analytical skills.

Spring Master Program 2023

Rutger is one of the five promising talents who started the Spring Master Program in September. As emerging professionals, they represent the future of the real estate sector and will be prepared for further professional development throughout the year. In addition to their regular duties, they will participate in both internal and external training programs, including a final pitch for a new business line within the ecosystem. Over the next year, participants will gain the required skills and knowledge to evolve into fully-fledged professionals. The program challenges them to fully commit, take risks, learn from setbacks, and explore innovative approaches.
