Mounir Riffi Appointed Partner at Spring Asset Management

Spring Real Estate is proud to announce the appointment of Mounir Riffi as Partner at Spring Asset Management.

Mounir has been part of Spring since 2018. He began his career in the Capital Markets team, where he focused on investment transactions, portfolio strategies, and (re)financing for institutional investors. In 2023, together with Sjors van Iersel, he played a key role in shaping the further development of Spring Asset Management as a dedicated division within Spring Real Estate.

Since then, Mounir has been committed to expanding the number of mandates for both institutional clients and private investors, including family offices. He manages a wide range of real estate portfolios – from large-scale institutional investments to the property holdings of private clients, including professional athletes, artists, and entrepreneurs who prefer to entrust their wealth management to a professional partner.

Mounir holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Finance from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. His sharp analytical mindset, in-depth real estate knowledge, and entrepreneurial spirit make him a valuable addition to Spring Real Estate’s partner team.
