Alec Faase

Alec completed his studies in Economics and Business Economics at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, specializing in risk management and finance. During his studies, he gained valuable experience with complex valuation projects, including the appraisal of assets worth hundreds of millions of euros. These projects taught him how to work with technical input and large volumes of data.

After working at Spring Real Estate as a working student for two years, Alec Faase transitioned to a permanent position within the Business Assets Valuations team as of July 2025.

In his new role, Alec aims to contribute to further strengthening Spring’s position as a specialist in complex real estate and asset valuations.

With his analytical background, experience in technical valuations, and strong affinity for data-driven work, including building dashboards and AI scripts, Alec brings valuable knowledge and skills to the team. He is eager to contribute to the digitalization of valuation processes and to support the development of young talent within the organization.
