Mikayel joins Spring Real Estate

Mikayel Yetkin, who recently started in his new position, has been working at various organisations over the past few years. After graduating from Hogeschool Utrecht in 2011, he started his career as a Junior Technical Manager at one of the largest real estate organisations in the Netherlands, namely CBRE. He then worked as Technical Manager at several organisations, including Cushman & Wakefield, and Prominus Vastgoedbeheer.

In his role as Technical Manager, Mikayel is responsible for maintenance within the portfolio, Law & Regulation, Project Management and sustainability. Together with the Property Manager, who is responsible for daily contact with tenants and suppliers, with the aim of increasing tenant satisfaction, Spring Property Management has found the balance between technical expertise and personal contact.

Spring is constantly improving the service level of its services. Thanks to Mikayel’s extensive experience as Technical Manager, Spring ensures that the property is well managed technically and meets the high expectations of both tenants and owners.
