Union Street Sells Paasheuvelweg 1 to Trinity Vastgoed

DutchRE has acquired the building located at Paasheuvelweg 1 on behalf of its owner Trinity Vastgoed. With its eight floors, the building consists of 4,400 sq m. LFA. The building has a modern and distinctive design, featuring double facades and interior balconies.

The building, which will be renamed “Donna” after Nobel prize winner Donna, will be added to the IQuarters campus. Located in the Amsterdam Life Sciences District, the campus provides office and laboratory space for innovative companies in the health and technology sectors. With the addition of the Donna building, the campus now comprises of 11 buildings and over 85,000 sq m. The Amsterdam Life Sciences District (ALSD) has recently been named one of the city’s key innovation centers by the Municipality of Amsterdam. The ALSD includes the Paasheuvel Village, Amsterdam UMC location AMC, and the upcoming Medical Business Park, ultimately offering 300,000 sq m. of space for companies in the health technology and life sciences sectors, making it a counterpart to the Bio Science Park in Leiden.
