We identificeren geschikte investeringskansen, voeren markt- en financiële analyses uit, begeleiden het volledige aankoopproces, onderhandelen namens de opdrachtgever en coördineren de due diligence tot aan de overdracht.
Indien renovaties, verduurzaming of herontwikkeling nodig zijn, coördineren wij het volledige traject. We sturen ontwerpers, aannemers en leveranciers aan, bewaken planning, kwaliteit en budget en zorgen voor een efficiënte uitvoering.
Na de aankoop verzorgen wij het dagelijkse technische, administratieve en financiële beheer. We zijn het aanspreekpunt voor huurders en leveranciers, bewaken de exploitatie en zorgen voor een optimaal functionerend vastgoedobject.
We ontwikkelen de verhuurstrategie, begeleiden het verhuurproces, voeren onderhandelingen met huurders en zorgen voor optimale bezetting en een duurzaam huurdersbestand.
In 2025 hebben wij met perfecte ondersteuning van Spring Real Estate een appartement gekocht in Valencia. Nadat we een volmacht hadden afgegeven en met Stef meerdere woningen en wijken hadden bezichtigd, hebben we vervolgens vanuit Nederland een appartement aangekocht in Ruzaffa. Vervolgens zaten er heel wat haken en ogen aan het hele proces (de woning viel in een erfenis, de bank leverde meerdere obstakels, nog een overstroming). Maar dit alles heeft mij weinig tot geen stress opgeleverd, Victoria is van elk detail op de hoogte en als het niet zo is, dan zoekt ze het tot de bodem uit. Daarnaast heeft ze de renovatie en inrichting perfect begeleid. Dit heeft me heel veel vertrouwen gegeven en ik kan iedereen aanbevelen om met Spring aan te kopen. De komende tijd gaan ze het appartement voor ons op de markt zetten om te verhuren. Dus het volledige pakket bieden ze aan, sterke aanrader. Ik heb wel anders meegemaakt in Spanje.
Zowel de aankoop als de verhuur en het beheer van het appartement dat we hebben gekocht is zeer professioneel verlopen. Vanuit Nederland iets kopen in Spanje is best spannend. Van begin tot eind heeft Spring Real Estate ons heel vakkundig begeleid. Ze zijn zeer klantgericht en we zijn echt ontzorgd. Zeker 5 sterren !
