Spring Real Estate was founded in 2011, in the middle of the financial crisis — a market where a newcomer could only survive by acting proactively and commercially. Client and result focus have been the foundation of our approach ever since.
In 2015 an internal tool grew into SpringBase, our own real estate database, and technology became woven into everything we do. From 2020 we grew in breadth — from brokerage to property management, marketing, accounting, research and recruitment. In 2022 we made our international move with Valencia, followed by Estepona.
