Spring Real Estate is Appointed to Manage Zoomstede 2-20

Spring Real Estate has been appointed to manage Zoomstede 2-20, a well-established office building located in the centre of Nieuwegein, directly adjacent to the CityPlaza retail and hospitality area.

Under this new management agreement, Spring Asset Services, part of Spring Real Estate, will focus on the day-to-day operation of the building, tenant coordination and the further strengthening of the property’s long-term performance.

The appointment reflects an integrated approach in which operational management and strategic oversight are closely aligned. For owners of established urban office assets, this continuity is increasingly key to safeguarding tenant quality and long-term value.
