Sep has gained extensive experience in recent years as an intern and working student for the Spring Valuations Department.<\/p>\n<p>Sep completed his studies in the Built Environment: Building Technical Business Administration program at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, with a specialization in Asset Management.<\/p>\n<p>In September 2021, Sep started as an intern at Spring Valuations. Over the past two years, he has specialized in appraising residential real estate, with a recent focus on creating a tool to assess the risk of housing portfolios in light of the announced legislation and regulations in the rental housing sector. Additionally, Sep completed his thesis within the team, researching the effects of changing laws and regulations regarding the energy label for office real estate investors. After successfully completing his internship, he continued to work part-time with the team.<\/p>\n<p>Starting from August 1, 2023, Sep is now a full-time member of the Spring Valuations Team, where he
