[vc_row][vc_column width=”2\/3″][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1673285200636{padding-right: 32px !important;}”]Per 1st of January Ronald Nuijt, Ivar Hillerstr\u00f6m, Sjors van Iersel and Joeri Stavleu have been appointed as partners at Spring Real Estate. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Ronald Nuijt<\/a> (33) started his career at Beleggingspanden.nl. After the acquisition of Beleggingspanden.nl in 2019 by Six Seasons, the holding company that also includes Spring Real Estate, Ronald switched to the newly established Midcap Investments team. Together with Bart Mittendorff, Ronald managed to expand this team to 6 advisors. In 2022, MidCap Investments advised on over 250 investment deals. Ronald joins Midcap Investments as a partner.<\/p>\n

Ivar Hillerstr\u00f6m<\/a> (31) started his career during his student days on the sales team of Spring Real Estate. After his studies, Ivar joined the Agency Amsterdam team as a real estate advisor. Together with Stijn de Blaaij, Ivar has continued to build on Springs longest existing team by mainly further professionalizing the letting process in particular. Ivar joins Agency Amsterdam as a partner.<\/p>\n

Sjors van Iersel<\/a> (30) started his career almost simultaneously with Ivar. During his student days he set up Spring Research. After completing his studies, he started to work for Capital Markets. In recent years, he has focused on expanding the asset management mandates for several large institutional clients. Following this success, Commercial Asset Management is founded. Sjors joins the new business unit as a partner.<\/p>\n

Joeri Stavleu<\/a> (25) started his career as a sales agent during his student days. After completing his studies, Joeri worked with the Midcap Investments team, where he supervised investment transactions for over three years. Joeri immediately distinguished himself by his entrepreneurial mentality. In his first years, he set up a desk for wealthy professionals from the sport, entertainment- and media industry. Since, he provides advise on structuring and managing real estate portfolios for this client group.
