The national operating team will further expand her services to private and institutional clients active in the Dutch market as well as assisting occupier clients in their expansion.<\/p>\n<p>Martijn Bosschers (49 years old), who began his new role during the summer, has an incredible amount of experience and an enviable depth of sector knowledge. Being active in real estate for over 26 years he has closed over two billion of investment deals. He began focussing on logistics and industrial at DTZ Zadelhoff, now known as Cushman &amp; Wakefield, as director of the Utrecht office where he was responsible for the middle part of the Netherlands. He was appointed Partner at Dynamis in 2016 and then became interim senior advisor at BNP Real Estate in the last 2,5 years.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is an exciting opportunity to be part of this strong Dutch challenger in the real estate business.
