Spring Real Estate has successfully advised landlord Real I.S. AG on the long-term lease extension for approximately 1,400 sq m of office space and 37 parking spaces in the Huys Europa office building on Piet Heinkade 167-173, Amsterdam’s IJ waterfront.

Huys Europa is a modern multi-tenant property on the Oostelijke Handelskade. The building comprises around 6,130 sq m and accommodates several prominent occupiers. The location is known for its excellent accessibility and close proximity to Amsterdam Central Station, combined with panoramic views over the IJ river.
