Rutger Hellegers

Rutger received his bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Studies from the Hanze University of Applied Sciences in Groningen. In February 2023, Rutger started his graduate internship within Spring Real Estate. During this period, Rutger focused on researching the market for full-service offices in Berlin. This research allowed him to gain valuable insights and further develop his analytical skills.

As of October 1, 2023, Rutger joined the firm as a Real Estate Advisor within Spring Serviced Offices.
