Pieter Zijlmans MSc MRICS VRT

He began focusing on Valuations at Duff & Phelps. After that he headed-up the European valuation departments at Kroll, Marsh and Pike + Zijlmans. He has experience in a wide array of industries and has performed valuation services for companies with offices in The Netherlands, Europe, America, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Australia since 2004.

As of January 1, 2022, Pieter has made the move to Spring Real Estate to lead the Business Assets Valuations Team.

The international operating team will focus, among other things, on valuations for insurance purposes as well as machinery and equipment, and inventory valuations based on either Reinstatement and Market Values.
