Kasper Bakker

Kasper studied Real Estate at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and went on to obtain a master’s degree in Real Estate Management at the Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft in Berlin. During this program, he gained international experience and built a network within the German real estate sector.

At Spring Real Estate, Kasper focuses on commercial property valuations, working with both the Dutch market and international clients. He divides his time between the Netherlands and Germany and is currently training to become a Certified Valuer (RT). In addition, he is working towards a HypZert certification to qualify according to international valuation standards.
