Joris Zweers

Joris studied Real Estate and Brokerage at Hanze University of Applied Sciences in Groningen and went on to complete a master’s degree in Global Business Management at Nyenrode Business University. During his studies, he gained practical experience in various areas of the real estate sector, including capital markets, retail valuations, technical management, and high-end retail.

After graduating, Joris worked at J.P. van Eesteren (TBI), where he was involved in the renovation of the Binnenhof, and at Rutges Vernieuwt as a Management Trainee with a focus on project management and data analysis. He then continued his career as a Junior Project Developer at Synchroon.

At Spring Real Estate, Joris is part of the Design & Build team. He focuses on cost estimation, project preparation, and collaboration with partners, and aims to further combine his technical expertise with a commercial role to continue developing broadly.
