Ismael Ramkisoen

Ismael studied Real Estate & Brokerage at the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, where he further specialized with a minor in Circular Economy at The Hague University of Applied Sciences. After completing his studies, he worked as a Technical Manager at MVGM, where he was responsible for managing office buildings, logistics halls, hotels, and shopping centers.

As of August 1, 2024, Ismael will join the Spring Real Estate team as a Technical Manager within the Property Management department. In addition, he leverages his expertise as a certified BREEAM expert to advise clients on the sustainability and future-proofing of real estate portfolios.
